I was in for service for my classic 1998 Ford Mustang GT convertible. Had to replace the fuel pump and they convinced me to replace the fuel filter since they were putting the new pump on. That would have been my recommendation as well back in my service days. Earl my advisor is very good at his job and very even tempered. A definite plus in his line of work. I recommend them and Earl for your service needs. The only complaint is their hourly service rates.

Multiple trucks available on site. Easy to communicate with and friendly. Looked at truck online and contacted salesman. Made the deal over the phone. Walked in to sign paperwork and pickup the truck which was ready to go when I arrived.
I was upset about the outcome but the staff were great. Just know that batteries are not covered under warranty even when they make your headlights come on and the headlamp system thinks there's something wrong with itself. So if your newer car starts having weird electrical problems, change the battery first and save yourself the diagnostic fee. **Customer service was great! My person-James- as well as two others went above and beyond. Sorry I didn't catch their names. Everyone is helpful at the dealership!

My drive shaft cable broke so I had my truck towed to Rountree since it was covered under recall. While it was there they also completed the recall on all 4 doorhandles and changed my oil with my free coupon they sent me in the mail. I got a call saying my battery was bad so I allowed them to swap it out. I had a $50 off coupon for that as well.
