As always Stephen was great, met me in the service bay, greeted me by name and promptly got me signed in. I had several service questions we discussed that he answered in great detail. This entire experience was strange. The saleswoman was rude any time we asked for her to help us out on the price etc. The individual in finance was also rude and seemed to have a chip on his shoulder. No one from the dealership reached out post sale etc. Not the first place I would go to purchase a vehicle.

It’s very clean, the employees were all very helpful and polite. The bathrooms and sitting area are nice. Need to change the tv off of the news stations; too much politics makes people grumpy.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication. Had to call several times over the span of a week to get any update on my vehicle. Called and was told the parts were in and my vehicle was being serviced, then received a call the following day from my service provider to let me know the parts were in fact not in and my vehicle had not been touched. Went to look at some trucks in my 2001 Tundra. Do this to see how the salesman will respond to my old truck that I plan to keep. Sam was out there the minute I drove up. Service writers are really good, and the techs are also top tier, however they always will err on the side of caution leading to sometimes higher repair bills. However, they are NOT scamming, they are actually paying attention and noticing things BEFORE they become a bigger problem. I love this dealership.

The service department is terrible I the last time I had my vehicle there I had the same problem with service that I had this time. I was told my vehicle would be ready be a certain day several times and the day it would be ready changed every time I called them. Made an appointment on line upon arrival was greeted by a friendly advisor who informed me of the procedure to maintain my truck and estimate time of completion ! Service was completed as quoted !

My engine oil was changed. But it wasn't filled to specification. When I got home, let my truck sit for several hours & checked the oil level. It was 2 quarts low. I filled the engine with 2 quarts of oil & the oil level was correct. Looks like only 5 quarts of oil was put in my engine, when it calls for 7 quarts

Service needs an extensive overhaul Repairs take to long and no follow up Went through 3 service writers before finally getting one tha cared and provided decent customer service
